Yoga
A few minutes of yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily, in both, body and the mind. Yoga postures, Pranayama, and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. The curriculum of all the UG programmes includes yoga. Students undergo 0+1 course credit. The yoga course is for first-year students only in the first semester. The college celebrates International yoga day every year with programmes reminding the importance of yoga in our day-to-day life. Students and Faculty perform various asanas on the day.
